Privacy Notice

FelixClark Professional Services Ltd. operates DURI and is responsible for personal information collected through the service. Questions or requests about privacy may be sent to info@felixclark.ca.

We collect information you provide and limited information needed to operate and protect DURI.

• Account and contact information, such as your name and work email address.
• Assessment responses, company context, and any information you provide while requesting a conversation.
• Authentication information and service-security signals.
• Product-usage and server-log information used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We use information to create and secure your account, provide and improve the assessment, respond to an assessment-related request, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and maintain service records. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

DURI application, database, and backup services are operated in Google Cloud’s Montréal region. Authentication identifiers are processed by Google Cloud Identity Platform and may be processed in the United States under Google’s contractual safeguards. Information processed outside Canada may be accessible to foreign authorities under applicable law.

We use service providers to operate DURI, including Google Cloud Platform, Google Cloud Identity Platform, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare for security and DNS services, and PostHog for product analytics. They may process personal information only to provide their services to us.

Abandoned anonymous self-assessments are deleted after 90 days. Account-linked and converted records are retained as business records for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes and legal obligations. Audit records use pseudonymous identifiers rather than names or email addresses.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, or withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis for processing. Withdrawal may limit our ability to provide DURI. Contact us at info@felixclark.ca. You may also raise a concern with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We may update this Notice. Material updates will carry a new version and may require acceptance before continued use.
