Terms of Use

DURI is the Dual-Use Readiness Index service operated by FelixClark Professional Services Ltd. (FelixClark, we, us, or our). These Terms govern your access to DURI, including its website, self-assessment, account functions, and related services.

By creating an account or using DURI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use DURI. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorised use.

You retain rights in information you submit. You grant FelixClark the limited, non-exclusive right to process that information to operate, secure, evaluate, and improve DURI, and to provide any assessment-related service you request.

FelixClark retains all rights in DURI, its methodology, software, design, trademarks, and materials. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use DURI for your internal business evaluation. You may not copy, reverse engineer, interfere with, or use DURI to build a competing service.

You must not use DURI in a way that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, or unauthorised.

• Do not submit false or misleading information.
• Do not share account credentials or attempt to access another person’s account or data.
• Do not upload classified information, malicious code, or information you are not permitted to share.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape, disrupt, or bypass security controls.

DURI is a decision-support and informational tool. It does not provide legal, investment, engineering, procurement, security-clearance, or other professional advice, and it does not guarantee eligibility, funding, commercial success, procurement outcomes, or any particular result.

You are responsible for independently evaluating any assessment output before relying on it. DURI’s self-assessment output is provisional and is not a substitute for professional due diligence.

DURI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service as permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FelixClark is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DURI.

We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms or to protect DURI and its users. We may update these Terms; material updates will carry a new version and may require acceptance before continued use.
